Platform Terms of Service

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Apni Saakh platform ("Platform"), operated by Tektic Technologies ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Definitions

• "User" — Any individual who creates a Repo ID or accesses the Platform.
• "Lender" — Any entity or individual who uses the Lenden Software to manage loans.
• "Repo ID" — A unique digital identity linked to verified KYC.
• "LLS" — Lending Loyalty Score, a proprietary credit score on a 300–900 scale.
• "Secret Key" — A cryptographic code that controls access to your LLS data.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and Secret Key.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tektic Technologies and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities — arising from:

• •Your use or inability to use the Platform.
• •Any lending decisions made based on LLS scores or Platform data.
• •Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• •Any third-party actions or transactions conducted through the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Company in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or INR 5,000 — whichever is greater.

4. Algorithmic Suggestions — No Guarantee

The LLS score and any related credit assessments are algorithmic suggestions based on available data points. They do not constitute financial advice, credit guarantees, or recommendations to lend or not lend. Lenders retain full discretion and responsibility for all lending decisions. The Company makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of algorithmic outputs.

5. Data Accuracy and User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data they provide to the Platform. The Company relies on third-party data sources (including but not limited to UIDAI for KYC verification) and does not independently verify all information. The Company disclaims liability for inaccuracies arising from user-provided data or third-party sources. Users are encouraged to periodically review their score and credit data and report discrepancies.

6. Fraud and Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities:

• •Creating multiple Repo IDs using false or stolen identities.
• •Manipulating or attempting to manipulate credit scores through fraudulent transactions.
• •Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering or illegal lending activities.
• •Unauthorized access, scraping, or reverse-engineering of the Platform.

7. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation within 30 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English by a sole arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company reserves the right to seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for violations of intellectual property rights or platform security.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
